From internet connectivity to a/v services to our fully equipped business center, the Tampa Convention Center and our in-house suppliers provides exhibitors everything they need for their trade show booths and a successful event.

Exhibitor Services

Our exhibitor services team will coordinate all trade show exhibitor requests, including utility needs, telecommunications, Internet access, booth cleaning, food & beverage, plumbing, air and more.

Load In & Loud Out

Our conference facilities offer 22 covered bays on the exhibit hall level, with entrance into the exhibit hall available through 3 freight doors 25' high and 14' to 30' wide, making it fast and convenient to load in for even the most complex, large-scale trade show exhibits.

Four additional bays are available on the first floor, with a 10,000-lb freight elevator connecting the 2 levels.
